Jeff brings over 30 years of experience in marketing and design to help B2B companies grow through clear strategy, strong branding, and effective execution. Jeff designed his first website and e-commerce site in 1996 and 1998 respectively and continues to art direct custom websites that are thoughtfully designed, user-focused, and aligned with business goals.
After surviving two liver transplants in 2022, Jeff has become an organ donor advocate and started a blog called Transplant Runner to document his journey and to help those who are facing or recovering from transplant.
Outside the office, he enjoys running, golfing, biking, backcountry hiking, cooking, volunteering and spending time with his wife, Kristy, their two sons, and close friends.

Kristy has 30 years in marketing, communications, public relations, and event planning. She helps organizations clarify their message, strengthen their brand, and communicate with consistency and purpose. Her background includes leadership roles in corporate marketing and education, where she managed branding, PR, and communication initiatives that built trust and engagement.
She has several years of experience working in Christian education and nonprofit organizations.
Known for her enthusiasm, warmth and attention to detail, Kristy brings a personal touch to every client relationship. She enjoys golfing, traveling, hiking, Bourbon, and spending time with family and friends.

Matt brings over 25 years of web development experience to Muller Marketing. As lead developer, he oversees website design, development, and implementation of client search marketing strategies. He is also our in-house expert for Google Analytics and Google Ads. Matt is responsive, patient, and meticulous, ensuring every project runs smoothly and performs as intended. Muller Marketing would not be where it is today without his skill and dedication.
Outside of work, Matt serves on the marketing committee for Great Start of Ottawa County and volunteers with the Grand Rapids Civic Theatre, where he contributes photography and marketing support to help promote their productions. He enjoys spending time with his two children, staying active in their activities, traveling and water skiing.

Mike is passionate about using technology to simplify and solve complex problems and make digital experiences perform better. With a master’s degree in Advertising Design from Syracuse University and over 30 years of experience in web development and digital strategy, he brings both creative insight and technical precision to every project.
As Muller Marketing’s long-time web partner, Mike is known for his responsiveness, patience, and ability to solve any challenge. In nearly 20 years of working together, we’ve never been able to stump him! Outside the office Mike enjoys spending time with his kids, three grandkids, wife and a crazy chocolate lab.

Haylee brings creativity, organization, and a passion for storytelling to her role as Digital Marketing Specialist at Muller Marketing. Since joining the team in 2024 she has supported a variety of marketing initiatives that help businesses showcase their products, services, and people. She finds it especially rewarding to shine a light on the great work companies do and to see their stories reach the right audiences.
Outside of work, Haylee enjoys exploring new places with her husband, their son Baker, and their soon-to-arrive baby girl. Whether it’s attending sporting events, staying active, or discovering a new family adventure, she loves making the most of every moment together. A creative at heart, Haylee also loves spending time in the kitchen baking everything from cookies and cakes to new recipes.
