Start With a Clear View of Your Marketing

Marketing, Website and Search Assessments for B2B companies. Each one ends with a short list of priorities you can act on, with or without me.

You are investing in marketing and want to know what it returns. An assessment reviews what you have, shows you what is working, and gives you a short list of priorities. Most companies start with the Marketing Assessment. If your question is narrower, a Website or Search Assessment looks at one area.

Marketing Assessment: $3,000
The most common starting point. For leaders who want to know where their marketing stands and what to do first.

What it reviews:

  • Positioning and messaging
  • Website clarity, structure and conversion
  • Organic search and AI search visibility
  • Google Ads, if you run them, at no extra charge
  • Content, email and LinkedIn activity
  • Analytics and lead tracking

What you receive: A written assessment with a summary, three to five prioritized findings, and a roadmap for the next 90 days. We review it together in a 60-minute meeting.

Credit: The $3,000 fee is credited toward your first month if we go on to work together.

Website Assessment: $500
For leaders who suspect the website is holding them back.

What it reviews:

  • How clearly the site explains what you do and who it is for
  • Structure, navigation and the path to an inquiry
  • Trust signals, proof and calls to action
  • Mobile experience and page speed
  • Visible search and accessibility basics

What you receive: A scored report with prioritized fixes, reviewed together in a 30-minute call. The $500 fee is credited toward a Marketing Assessment if you upgrade.

Search Assessment: $500
For leaders who want to be found when buyers search, in Google and in AI answers.

What it reviews:

  • Which searches you show up for today, and which you should
  • How your pages compare to the competitors that rank
  • Visibility in AI search tools such as ChatGPT and Google AI Overviews
  • Technical issues that limit search performance
  • Google Ads review available as a $500 add-on

What you receive: A prioritized list of search opportunities and the pages to improve first, reviewed together in a 30-minute call. The $500 fee is credited toward a Marketing Assessment if you upgrade.

What Happens After You Request an Assessment

1. A short conversation. I confirm what you want to learn and gather access to your analytics, ads and search data. About 30 minutes.

2. The review. I review your marketing against how your buyers search and decide. Most assessments are ready within two weeks.

3. The findings. We go through the report together. You get the priorities, the reasoning and a roadmap. No obligation to continue.

What an Assessment Found for One Client
Michigan Air Solutions' Google Ads reports looked healthy. The assessment found that nearly half the reported conversions were phone taps, not leads, and that a third of the search spend had never produced an inquiry. Fixing the tracking and the budget cut cost per qualified lead by 42% on the same monthly spend. Read the case study.

Common Questions

Do I have to work with you afterward? No. The findings are yours either way. Some companies act on the roadmap themselves, some hire me, and some come back later.

What do you need from me? Access to your analytics, ad accounts and search console, about 30 minutes for the opening conversation, and 30 to 60 minutes to review the findings.

Who does the work? I do, with support from the Muller Marketing System. The analysis and reporting are AI-assisted. The findings, priorities and recommendations are mine.

"Muller Marketing came in at a critical point and made an immediate impact. Jeff led a thoughtful marketing audit, asked the right questions, and took time to understand our mission and audience. His recommendations were clear, practical, and aligned with who we are. We’ve already implemented many of them and have seen stronger clarity, consistency, and overall presence. We’re grateful for the partnership. Muller Marketing helped us tell our story more effectively and reach more people with our mission."
